The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Arki P.S. Case No.90 of 2020, registered under Sections 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M. at Khunti.

The case diary earlier called for has been received and perused the same.

The prosecution case was instituted on the basis of the self-statement of the informant alleging therein that on 17.12.2020 at about 06:30 P.M. he was on patrolling duty when he reached near Charadih-Marangburu Main Road, the police party intercepted a bolero bearing registration No.JH01AU-2883 and apprehended four extremists namely Rahul Nayak, Kishun Rai, Chutia Purty, Etwa Nayak and Birsa Lohra. On search arms, ammunition and explosives were recovered from their possession. They have confessed that they were members of extremist organization. The name of the petitioner has come in the confession of the co-accused that he was active member of their organization. Co-accused persons arrested at the spot have been granted bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court earlier.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. at Khunti, in connection with Arki P.S. Case No.90 of 2020.
