The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Seraikella P. S. Case No. 96 of 2019 registered under Sections 420/406/467/468/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and is pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2020. The allegation is regarding forgery in land transaction. Although seven persons have been made accused, other accused persons namely Bhav Taran Mahapatro @ Bhabtaran Mahapatra, Bangla Prasad Mahapatra, Kanhu Charan Mahapatra, Anil Kumar @ Anil Kumar Dwivedi and Malay Dutta have already been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.03.2020 in A. B. A. No. 1545 of 2020, vide order dated 09.09.2020 in A. B. A. N o. 3020 of 2020 and vide order dated 11.09.2020 in A. B. A. No. 2669 of 2020 respectively. It has been further submitted that anticipatory bail application of this petitioner has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 07.08.2020 in A.B.A. No. 1728 of 2020 as he has been arrested on 03.08.2020. On the above fact, prayer for bail has been made.

On the other hand, learned A. P. P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the material available on record and the fact that other coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Seraikella P. S. Case No. 96 of 2019 subject to the condition that the petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
