The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Tatisilwai P. S. Case No. 13 of 2020 corresponding to G. R. No. 1821 of 2020 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and is pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Ranchi.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2020. Investigation is already complete. He is ready to cooperate with the trial. It has been further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and FIR has been lodged against unknown. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Recovered articles are also general in nature. On the above fact, prayer for bail has been made.
On the other hand, learned A. P. P. has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner has criminal antecedent and on that ground, prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by the trial Court with liberty to renew his prayer for bail with new facts and circumstances of the case after framing of charge.
Considering the material available on record, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Tatisilwai P. S. Case No. 13 of 2020 corresponding to G. R. No. 1821 of 2020 subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailers should be his close relative, (ii) the petitioner will report the concerned police station once in a month till the conclusion of the Trial and (iii) the petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
