The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsels for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

03/05.01.2021 The petitioner is accused in connection with Katkamsandi P. S. Case No.144 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.2009 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/ 201/ 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the father of the informant scolded his wife for having illicit relationship with the applicant and Binod Oraon. It has been alleged that due to this, conspiracy has been hatched by this applicant alongwith Binod Oraon and mother of the informant and in pursuance of that conspiracy, father of the informant has been killed. There is no eye witness to the incident. It has been further submitted that the other co-accused, namely Binod Oraon has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.10.2020 passed in B.A. No.7831 of 2020. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.02.2020. Hence, he may be released on bail.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the similarly situated person has already been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1^st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Katkamsandi P. S. Case No.144 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.2009 of 2018 subject to the condition that petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during the pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
