2/07.07.2021 Heard the parties.
So far as defect no. 5 (e) and 9 (iii) are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the same, once the situation normalizes. As regards, the rest defects are concerned, the same are ignored.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2020.
It has been alleged that a dacoity was committed in the Electric Sub-station, Raidih and Isolators, Transformer etc. were looted.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused namely, Sunil Saw and Md. Kaushar @ Kalu. It has further been stated that some articles were recovered on the confession of Sunil Saw. He further submits that neither any T.I.P. has been held nor has there been any recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
It appears that implication of the petitioner is only on account of confession and he is in custody since 09.01.2021.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2020.
