Defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Godda (M) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021.
There was a dispute between the husband of the informant and the accused persons over non availability of cigarette. The accused persons mercilessly assaulted him, as a result of which, he died during treatment.
Regard being had to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected.
