The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ranga P.S. Case
No. 124 of 2020.
It has been alleged that while the informant was returning to Pakur on his motor-cycle along with one Kamaljit Singh, they were waylaid by the miscreants and one maroon bag containing cash and various documents and articles were looted.
The petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused – Moti Lal Thakur and Ishrafil Ansari and both of the said accused persons have been granted bail by this court in B. A. No. 3226 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2021.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rajmahal in connection with Ranga P.S. Case No. 124 of 2020.
