The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bhandariya P.S.
Case No. 106 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 1038 of 2019.
A raid was conducted in the mobile shop of the petitioner and foreign liquor was recovered.
The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.01.2021.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Garhwa in connection with Bhandariya P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 1038 of 2019.
