It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are in custody since 19.05.2020. Petitioners are not named in the FIR and their names have been surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. Save and except confessional statement, there is no material available on record against these petitioners. It has been further submitted that similarly situated other accused persons namely Anil Ramani @ Anil Rawani, Sunil Kumar Rawani @ Sunil Rawani, Sanjay Kumar Verma, Amaul Ansari, Narain Mandal @ Narayan Mandal, Naimul Haque and Nijamuddin Ansari have already been granted bail by this Court in B. A. No. 6119 of 2020 vide order dated 16.09.2020, B. A. No. 7687 of 2020 vide order dated 04.11.2020, B. A. No. 6298 of 2020 vide order dated 17.10.2020, B. A. No. 5956 of 2020 vide order dated 24.11.2020, B. A. No. 7999 of 2020 vide order dated 13.10.2020, B. A. No. 5488 of 2020 vide order dated 17.10.2020 and B. A. No. 5271 of 2020 vide order dated 17.10.2020 respectively. On the basis of the above, prayer for bail has been made.
