The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.
05/11.01.2021 : The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in connection with Chaibasa Muffasil P.S. Case No.37 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.182 of 2018 (S.T. No.218 of 2018) registered for the offence under Sections 452, 341, 323, 302, 504 and 34 of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the applicants are in custody since 04.04.2018. Further it has been submitted that there is omnibus allegation against both the applicants.
Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chaibasa, in connection with Chaibasa Muffasil P.S. Case No.37 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.182 of 2018 (S.T. No.218 of 2018), subject to condition that the petitioners will submit selfattested photocopy of their Aadhar Card and also submit their mobile numbers before the learned court below which they will always keep active and not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
