The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pachamba P.S. Case No. 183 of 2020.
A truck loaded with illegal coal was intercepted by the police. The owner of the truck had appeared and submitted documents but the same were found to be forged and fabricated.
The petitioner is the owner of the seized vehicle bearing registration no. JH-02N-2713 and he is in custody since 30.01.2021.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Pachamba P.S. Case No. 183 of 2020.
