Heard Mr. Rajesh Kr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Raidih P.S. Case No. 64 of 2010, corresponding to Spt. G. R. No. 806 of 2010, Spt. S. T. No. 362 of 2015.
A raid was conducted by the police at Village – Jamgai. Two persons with arms and ammunitions were apprehended who had disclosed the name of their accomplices.
The petitioner seems to have been implicated on the confession of the apprehended accused persons. The petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Assistant Sessions Judge – I, Gumla, in connection with Raidih P.S. Case No. 64 of 2010, corresponding to Spt. G. R. No. 806 of 2010, Spt. S. T. No. 362 of 2015.
