The petitioner is an accused in connection with Manjhari P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 (G.R. Case NO. 373 of 2019 & S.T. Case No. 267 of 2019).
The petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and from the possession of the petitioner one cartridge and cash of Rs. 220/-and ATM card etc. were also recovered.
The petitioner appears to be in custody since 16.07.2019.One of the co-accused Bhim Bodra has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 4214 of 2020.
Regard being had to the above, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Chaibasa, in connection with Manjhari P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 (G.R. Case NO. 373 of 2019 & S.T. Case No. 267 of 2019).
