Petitioners are an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 13/2019, arising out of Manjhari P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 324, 307 & 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge – III, Chaibasa.
It appears that on 09.10.2018 at about 01:00 P.M. the accused persons including the petitioner had entered into the house of the informant and assaulted his son by lathi, fists and slap due to which the son of the informant succumbed injury. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court in B.A. No. 5897 of 2019.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge – III, Chaibasa in connection with S.T. Case No. 13/2019, arising out of Manjhari P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018.
