03/06-12-2021 Heard the parties.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 163 of 2020.
The petitioner and some unknown miscreants had on 17.12.2020 assaulted the informant and when on alarm people started arriving at the scene, the accused persons threw acid from a bottle on the face of the informant and fled away.
Although it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and infact the allegations are general and omnibus in nature but it appears that on account of the act of the accused persons, the informant had suffered grievous injuries.
On consideration of the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected.
