The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber)
P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021.
It has been alleged that the petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession mobile with sim, bank pass-book and ATM card were recovered. The petitioner was suspected to be involved in cyber crime.
The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent as stated in this petition and is in custody since 04.07.2021.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner.
