The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 100 of 2021 arising out of Katras P.S. Case No. 289 of 2020 corresponding to G. R. No. 1002 of 2021.
It has been alleged that extremists had thrown some bombs on the residential campus of the informant in order to spread terror.
The petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused namely, Raunak Kumar Gupta. The petitioner has also subsequently confessed. The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2021.
Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Dhanbad in connection with S. T. No. 100 of 2021 arising out of Katras P.S. Case No. 289 of 2020 corresponding to G. R. No. 1002 of 2021.
