The petitioner is an accused in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021 corresponding to G. R. No. 934 of 2021 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 44 of 2021.
It has been alleged that the petitioner was suspected to have enticed away the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the marriage between the petitioner and the victim has already been solemnized and she is residing in the house of the petitioner. It has further been stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2021.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge III cum Special Judge (POCSO), Godda in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021 corresponding to G. R. No. 934 of 2021 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 44 of 2021.
