The petitioner is an accused in connection with Karaikela P.S. Case
No. 10 of 2020 corresponding to G. R. No. 379 of 2020.
It has been alleged that on a secret information, a raid was conducted jointly by the police and CRPF personnel and during the raid cylinder bomb, wires and detonator were recovered. The bomb was subsequently defused.
The petitioner has been implicated only on the basis of suspicion and is in custody since 04.09.2020.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Porahat at Chaibasa in connection with Karaikela P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 corresponding to G. R. No. 379 of 2020.
