After some argument, Mr. Rajendra Krishna, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in this writ petition initially the departmental proceeding was challenged and subsequently the charge sheet was also under challenge. He further submits that during pendency of the writ petition a final order has been passed and that final order has been brought by way of I.A. No.11130 of 2019 for amendment of this writ petition. He fairly submits that if the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh including the prayer made in the amended writ petition that will be in the interest of justice.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State has got no objection if the said writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. I.As are also stand disposed of.
