The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was filed in a cryptic manner and that is why he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
Mr. Atanu Banerjee, the learned Sr.SC-III is present and he submits that he has already filed the counter affidavit in this writ petition disputing their title.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
