The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 26.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Case No.22 of 2014 by which the application filed by his wife under section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been allowed and he has been directed to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to his wife-opposite party for her maintenance.
This criminal revision petition was filed on 06.10.2016 and thereafter whenever it was listed either before the learned Joint Registrar(Judicial)/the learned Registrar General or the Court, either no one has appeared for the petitioner or an adjournment was sought at the instance of the petitioner. Today also, no one appears for the petitioner. Accordingly, Criminal Revision No.1371 of 2016 is dismissed in default.
