1. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Katras P.S. Case No.105 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1744 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 427, 120B, 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Dhanbad.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. On perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that as many as 43 persons have been named as accused. It is alleged that they were members of an unlawful assembly and they damaged the vehicles. It is stated that there is apprehension of breach of peace due to the rivalry of the two groups. There is no specific allegation of any overt act as against this petitioner. Other coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by the court below. The supplementary affidavit has also been filed stating that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

3. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, and in the event of his arrest or surrender he shall be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Katras P.S. Case No.105 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1744 of 2018, on the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
