The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S. Case No. 28/2020.
The petitioner and Saddam Hussain @ Saddam Ansari were apprehended from a Maruti Alto Car. On search mobiles, SIMS, PayTm Cards etc., were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime.
It appears that one of the co-accused namely Saddam Hussain @ Md. Saddam Hussain has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 7532 of 2020.
Considering the fact that the case of the petitioner appears to be similar to that of the co-accused who has been granted bail by this Court, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S. Case No. 28/2020, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner.
