Bijay Kumar Vs the State of Jharkhand

The marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner on 25.06.2018. It has been alleged that there was a demand of Rs.1,00,000/-and on non fulfillment of which she was subjected to torture. It has further been alleged that the complainant was ousted from her matrimonial house.

The petitioner appears to be the husband of the complainant and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.

On consideration of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and in that event, he will be enlarged on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Complaint Case No. 642 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
