02/21.01.2020 Heard Mr. Mohit Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Naveen Kr. Gaunjhu, learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Puso P.S. Case No. 05 of 2018 corresponding to G. R. No. 208 of 2019, S. T. No. 243 of 2019.
The parents of the informant was suspected to have been murdered by the named accused persons. It appears that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Several of the coaccused namely Parmeshwar Oraon, Sukhram Oraon and Lala Oraon have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 7469 of 2019, B.A. No. 7176 of 2019 and B.A. No. 7122 of 2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge – 1st –cumSpecial Court, Gumla, in connection with Puso P.S. Case No. 05 of 2018 corresponding to G. R. No. 208 of 2019, S. T. No. 243 of 2019.
