The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sariya P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the informant was assaulted by his uncle (petitioner) and others by tangi, sword and kudal. Specific allegation of assault with weapons has been attributed to Brahamdeo Yadav, Sakaldeo Yadav and Chhoto Yadav. So far as petitioner is concerned, he is said to have instigated other accused persons and had also pressed his chest. Injury report corroborates the assault made by the named accused barring the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Sariya P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019.
