This appeal is directed against the order dated 21.12.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions JudgeI, Saraikella-Kharsawan in SC/ST Case No. 04 of 2019(S), arising out of Kharsawan P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018, by which the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

It appears from the allegations that the appellant and the other accused persons had come to the house of the informant variously armed and had assaulted the informant and her sister. It has also been alleged that the informant and her grand mother where subjected to abuses in the name of their caste.

The allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the husband of the appellant who is also an accused in the said case has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 1195 of 2019. The appellant is a lady and is in custody since 21.12.2019.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, while setting aside the order dated 21.12.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Saraikella-Kharsawan in SC/ST Case No. 04 of 2019(S), arising out of Kharsawan P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018, the appellant, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and
