The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 237/2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 1628/2019.
The petitioner was apprehended by the Police and one 9 MM pistol attached with magazine and one cartridge were recovered.
The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 237/2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 1628/2019, subject to the condition that he shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
