The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chhatarpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 corresponding to G. R. No. 1201 of 2017.
It has been alleged that a dacoity was committed in the Vananchal Gramin Bank, Chhatarpur. The petitioner seems to have been implicated on confession of co-accused persons.
Mr. Birendra Burman, learned A.P.P. while referring to the case diary submits that no TIP has been held to identify the petitioner and there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It has been stated that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019 and there being a dearth of evidence to connect the petitioner with the commission of dacoity, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J. M. 1st class, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Chhatarpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 corresponding to G. R. No. 1201 of 2017.
