Heard the learned counsel for the respective sides.

So far as the defect No. 9(iii) is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit and in view of the contents of the supplementary affidavit defect No. 9(iii) is ignored.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 283 of 2019.

It has been alleged that a mob had gathered which was adamant in setting fire to a betel shop. When the police had arrived, they were heckled and accosted by the mob. As per the First Information Report, the petitioners were the person who were said to be instigating the mob. There is no allegation with respect to the participation of the petitioners in the assault committed upon the police personnel.

Regard being had to be above, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Giridih in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 283 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
