The petitioner is an accused in connection with R. C. 08(S)/2014 (EOWR).
It has been alleged that loan was sanctioned to M/s. Renuka Polysacks Pvt. Ltd., but subsequently the loan was declared NPA. It has been alleged that some mortgaged properties vide sale deeds were found to be fake and on inquiry it was detected that the mortgager neither had the ownership nor the possession of the property in question. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on account of the fact that he had unauthorisedly sold blank land rent receipts and mutation correction slips to one of the Directors of M/s. Renuka Polysacks Pvt. Ltd. which facilitated the loan granted to the said company. It appears that the petitioner has got three criminal antecedent being involved in similar nature of cases.
On consideration of the antecedent of the petitioner apart from the nature of the allegations, I am not inclined to allow this application and the same is rejected at this stage.
