Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Defects No. 9(i) to 9(v), as pointed out by the office, are ignored.

It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant was enticed away by the petitioner.
In the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, she has stated that there was a love affair between them. It has further stated that their family did not allow them to meet at which they eloped and went to Barbil. She has also disclosed about the physical relationship having been entered into with the petitioner.
The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2020. The 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim clearly reveals that there was a love affair between both the sides, which resulted in the incident.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, West Singbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Gua P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020.
