Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioners are accused in connection with Kandra P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019.
It has been alleged that 200 Kg flesh of bovine animals were recovered from inside the car. The driver had disclosed that the consignment belongs to the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 11.12.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Kandra P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019.
