The petitioner is an accused in connection with Basisth Nagar P.S. Case No. 37/2019.
From the house of the petitioner 60 Kg. of doda and 4 Kg. liquid opium was recovered.
One of the co-accused Bandhu Mahto has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 8895 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Chatra in connection with Basisth Nagar P.S. Case No. 37/2019.
