Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020, pending before the Court of learned CJM, Khunti.
A dacoity was committed in the house of the informant and cash, valuables, etc. were looted. It has come in the impugned order that some looted articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and other accused persons although the same has been denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
However, considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is hereby rejected.
