So far as defect No. 5 (e) is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the same once the situation normalizes. As regards defect no. 9 (i) is concerned, same is ignored.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 142 of 2019 arising out of Sakchi P.S. Case No. 235 of 2017, G.R. No.3537 of 2017.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 7688 of 2018 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year.

It appears that petitioner has been implicated on the confession of other accused persons. Petitioner seems to have confessed. The allegation reveals that son of the informant was shot dead. The trial appears not to have been concluded as yet and petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2017. Several of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. Nos.3708 of 2019, B.A. No. 7354 of 2018, B.A. No. 3764 of 2018 and B.A. No. 3748 of 2018.

On consideration of the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T. No. 142 of 2019 arising out of Sakchi P.S. Case No. 235 of 2017, G.R. No.3537 of 2017.
