The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 327 of 2018 arising out of Sadar (Satbarwa) P.S. Case No. 510 of 2011 corresponding to G. R. No. 2203 of 2011.
It has been alleged that the informant was abducted by the extremists and she was assaulted and levy was demanded from him. When the police arrived, the miscreants fled away. It appears that in course of trial, only one witness has been examined. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2018.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Palamau in connection with S. T. No. 327 of 2018 arising out of Sadar (Satbarwa) P.S. Case No. 510 of 2011 corresponding to G. R. No. 2203 of 2011.
