Defects as pointed out by the office are ignored.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Angara P.S. Case
No. 31 of 2019.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in B. A. No. 10903 of 2019. The only fresh ground as enumerated by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, 3 witnesses out of the 8 charge-sheeted witnesses hav been examined and the victim who has been examined as P.W. 3 has stated that she was known to the petitioner from before.
However, it would not be proper to make any remark with respect to the evidence of the P.W. 3, the victim. The same cannot be termed as fresh ground for reconsideration for grant of bail.
Accordingly, having found no merit in this application, this application stands rejected once again.
However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest, once the situation normalizes.
