Heard the learned counsel for the respective sides.

The defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored.

The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Jharia P.S.

Case No.99 of 2020.

It has been alleged that during the lock down the petitioner no. 1 was involved in repairing of mobiles in his shop which attracted a substantial crowd. The informant tried to stop such assemblage of people and on 08.05.2020, it has been alleged that all the accused persons variously armed had started assaulting the informant and his companions.

It appear that the petitioner no.7 had also lodged a case which had been registered as Jharia P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020. The impugned order reveals that Bablu Verma and Akash Verma had sustained injuries and one of the injuries sustained by Bablu Verma appears to be grievous in nature. The entire incident appears to be on account of a free fight between both the sides which resulted in institution of a case and counter case.

On consideration of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from today and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No.99 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
