02/23.01.2020 Heard Ms. Sunita Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Anjani Kr. Toppo, learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 corresponding to G. R. (SPt. II) No. 728 of 2018.
The son of the informant was taken away by Sonu Oraon and his associates in a motorcycle. On search he found that two boys have been murdered including his own son.
It appears that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of Sonu Oraon and Mantu Khan @ Sheru Ansari and both have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 3061 of 2019 and B.A. No. 7256 of 2019 respectively.
Regard being had to the fact that there is only suspicion so far as the involvement of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Gumla, in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 corresponding to G. R. (SPt. II) No. 728 of 2018.
