The petitioner is an accused in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018.
The informant while he was going on his scooty was waylaid by the miscreants who had snatched his mobile phone. One miscreant had also inflicted a knife blow upon the informant.
Petitioner seems to have been implicated on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 2.1.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Ranchi in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
