Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Mohanpur (Kunda) P.S. Case No. 171 of 2008 corresponding to G. R. No. 718 of 2008, S. T. Case No. 282 of 2019.
The sister of the informant had died in her matrimonial house.
It has been alleged that the petitioner no. 1 with his newly wedded wife (petitioner no. 2) had fled away. There appears to be strong circumstance of both the petitioners committing the murder of the sister of the informant.
In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The prayer for bail of the petitioners is, hereby, rejected.
