The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 corresponding to G. R. No. 254 of 2018.
It has been alleged that the informant was waylaid by the miscreants and his bag containing cash of Rs. 2.05.669/-, along with the Tab and Charger were looted and the informant was also subjected to assault. The petitioner seems to be implicated on account of his confession rendered in Sakchi P. S. Case No. 161 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2018.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Seraikella in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 corresponding to G. R. No. 254 of 2018.
