Present writ petition has been filed for consideration of the claim
of the petitioners for regularization as per the scheme.
It has been claimed that petitioners are working as daily wagers under the respondents since 1980. Different dates have been disclosed by the different petitioners.
Counsel for the respondents has filed counter affidavit and has disputed the claim of the petitioners but admitted that as per the mandate of Apex Court, the claim of the petitioners has to be considered as per the scheme framed by the institution.
In view of the above discussion, this writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation regarding educational qualification, date of appointment, period of appointment etc. within four weeks from today and the respondent authority is directed to consider their claim, as per the their own scheme within 12 weeks thereafter. Needless to say that authority will implement its decision.
