The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for direction upon the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for the post of Para Teacher.
As per the pleadings, petitioner has claimed that he is better candidate than the selected candidate i.e. respondent no. 7, Raj Kishore Mahto.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that selection process had been initiated in the year 2008 in which petitioner and others including respondent no. 7 had been participated and Village Level Committee had selected the respondent no. 7. It has further been submitted that Village Level Committee has jurisdiction to appoint the Para Teacher. The name of selected candidate i.e. respondent no. 7 has been approved and, he has been working since 2008 and as such, there is no merit in the present writ petition and as such, the same may be dismissed.

From perusal of the records, it appears that there is no illegality in the appointment of respondent no. 7 and as such, this Court finds no merit in the present writ petition and the same is, hereby, dismissed.
