07/17.12.2019 It has been stated by Mrs. Vani Kumari, learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has already been acquitted which has rendered this case infructuous. She, therefore, prays for withdrawal of this appeal.
Permission is accorded.
This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has submitted the original admit card of Annual Secondary Examination, 2018 conducted by Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi which has been filed along with supplementary affidavit and, therefore, she submits that the same may be handed over to her since the appellant has already been acquitted which has rendered this case infructuous.
The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to submit a photocopy of Annexure – 4 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the appellant and on submission of the photocopy, office is further directed to hand over the original Annexure – 4 to the learned counsel for the appellant.
