This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 20.11.2018 passed in B. P. No. 1071 of 2018 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st cum Special Judge, Gumla by which the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
The appellant is being prosecuted for committing an offence under Section 376 (D) of the Indian Penal Code and it has been alleged that the appellant and other were involved in committing gang rape upon the informant.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation levelled against the appellant, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 20.11.2018 and this appeal is accordingly dismissed.
