Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Seraikela
P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019, S. T. No. 113 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the petitioner was pressuring the informant to get the marriage of her daughter solemnized with the petitioner. On 08.04.2019 when the informant went to the house of the petitioner, he found his daughter dead.
It appears that the deceased died in the house of the petitioner and, therefore, a strong circumstance arises about the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the offence.
Regard being had to the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with a direction to the learned trail court to expedite the trial.
