05/02.08.2019 Heard Mr. Dilip Kr. Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. S. Mahato, learned A.P.P. for the State.
This application has been preferred by the petitioners for modification of the order dated 26.02.2018 passed in A.B.A. No. 7383 of 2017.
Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had gone to Punjab for their livelihood and, therefore, they could not surrender within the time specified by this Court in A.B.A. No. 7383 of 2017.
On consideration of the aforesaid facts and taking a lenient view, the order dated 26.02.2018 passed in A.B.A. No. 7383 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for further period of one week from today.
The modification as prayed for is allowed to the extent mentioned hereinabove.
This application stands disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be communicated through FAX to the concerned court at the cost to be deposited by the petitioners.
